By submitting this form you accept the following Terms of Service.
Labor:
Labor is warrantied for no longer than 30 days. Hardware is warrantied by manufacturer. All refunds on labor are at technician’s discretion.
Labor includes a 1 hour minimum of $80 and proceeds in $80 per hour increments from that point. You, the customer will be informed if the price of labor will increase past the original quoted amount.
Data:
CM Computer Repair, Chester Gifford and any Technician on contract with these entities is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure and/or reformatting during labor. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform technician of all data which should be backed up.
It is the technician’s responsibility to ask the customer what data should be backed up.
It is the technician’s responsibility to request permission for labor which will increase pre-quoted cost to customer.
Equipment:
Equipment left with technician for over one month without contact or payment will be subject to sale or “parting out” to recover cost.
Customer is responsible for all disposal of bad equipment.
Warranty:
All labor is guaranteed for 30 days after completion. Warranty is applied in free repair for any and all issues which may arise due to repair, or lack thereof. Warranty does not apply to issues which arise due to customer activity since repair. This distinction is at technician’s discretion.
